We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.

About 7-15 Working Days.
We accept orders at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on h-crystal.com will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day
